HVAC Installations at the Facility of Meat Processing Company “BRAVO”

In 2006–2007, the design and construction of ventilation and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems were carried out at the facility of the meat processing company “BRAVO.”

The installed systems provide a controlled microclimate both in the residential/office areas and in the production zones, where the temperature must be consistently maintained between +8°C and +12°C. All installations automatically monitor room parameters and adjust to changes in the working environment.

To reduce energy costs, all ventilation installations were equipped with recuperative heat exchangers, providing up to 60% efficiency. This resulted in savings of over 30% in installed capacity, leading to lower operational costs for the investors and, consequently, a faster return on investment for the constructed facilities.

In accordance with the requirements of the food-processing industry, all installations are equipped with high-efficiency filters that purify the incoming fresh air, thereby ensuring the proper operation of the production process and the cleanliness of the final products.

Overall, our joint efforts with the company’s engineers and technologists resulted in the creation of a modern production center that meets the high European standards for food production.
