In the new initiative of Meet the BBLF Success, different companies from the BBLF society visit its successful members to learn more about their activities, exchange experiences and examine case studies of the host company’s practice.
The third edition was held on March 10, 2022, at a high level of interest when owners and executive directors of more than 25 companies attended the event hosted by “TANGRA – AV” OOD – a leading Bulgarian manufacturer of ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
The meeting in the showroom of TANGRA was opened by the chairman of the BBLF, Levon Hampartsumyan, who explained that the purpose of Meet the BBLF Success is to acquaint the member companies with the inspiring success of their colleagues in various sectors, their entrepreneurship, development, achievements, innovations and good CSR practices. The event is also a useful high-level networking platform which facilitates collaboration between member companies of the organisation.
Georgi Ruichev – executive director of BBLF presented the host: TANGRA – AV OOD is a family company with a leading position in the provision of complete solutions and engineering of ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems. The company is distinguished by quality and high energy efficiency.
Ivan Armyanov, head of the “Commercial Department”, and dipl. eng. Yuliy Armyanov, Manager of the company, presented various aspects of their activities and answered numerous questions. To guarantee quality and provide a complete package of ventilation, air purification, heating and air conditioning services, TANGRA has built its own R&D development department, design bureau, aerodynamic testing laboratory, installation and service teams, as well as sales centres in Sofia, Varna and Burgas. The company is the first Bulgarian manufacturer of energy-saving ventilation systems and the only one certified by Eurovent in the Balkans. Except the construction of HVAC systems for new projects, the company also performs energy audits in order to optimise costs and working conditions in industrial enterprises, hotels and public buildings. TANGRA also develops an active social policy and also supports the community through various campaigns to support kindergartens, schools, etc.
Guests had the opportunity to see part of the work processes in one of the company’s two production plants and get acquainted with the high standards of work (see photos in the gallery below).
The meeting ended with a cocktail party to exchange contacts and ideas for cooperation. Among the guests were managers and senior managers of companies from the Forum community such as JTI, Unique Estates, Eltrak, Interlang, NLP Bulgaria, law firm “Penkov, Markov and Partners”, Baristo, Alliance Print, Right Pack, Revex, Bulavto, KIA, Lead Vision, Cordeel and others.
