Explosion proof fans
Soler & Palau offers a wide range of explosion proof fans for industrial processes as well as for industrial, commercial and domestic projects. S&P Ex fans are tested and certified to work with explosive atmospheres, as well as to transport explosive air to ensure maximum safety and prevent accidents. Description
S&P TGT ATEX represent a range of cylindrical cased axial flow ATEX fans, from 400 to 1250 mm diameters. Casings formed from rolled sheet steel with a corrosion resistant hot dipped galvanised finish. All models incorporate separate high grade diecast aluminum blades locked within a pressed sheet steel hub. Suitable for horizontal or vertical airflow installation. All models are available in both short and long (LP) casing versions. Long casing versions include a large inspection door.
Standard air direction: Form B configuration (impeller over motor). On request, the direction of the airflow can be changed: Configuration Form A (motor above the impeller).
Motors are available depending upon the model – with three phase motors in 2, 4 or 6 poles. All the motors are with protection rating IP55, class F insulation. Electrical supply is three phase 230/400V-50Hz up to 3kW. For higher power motors and two speed motors, electrical supply is three phase 400V-50Hz.
