Clean room air filtration terminal devices for particulate control
TANGRA HEPA Box is designed for final air filtration in ventilation and air conditioning systems with installation of HEPA filters, class H13 and H14 (EN 1822-1:2019).
Description
TANGRA HEPA Box are made of galvanized steel with a double-sided powder-polymer coating in RAL 9010. The filter seal is made of polyurethane foam (PU foam).
The suspension to the structural construction is achieved with four threaded rods, allowing for height adjustment. Connections are provided for measuring differential pressure (to monitor filter contamination).
They have a laminar flow and filtration class of 5–8 (ISO 14644-1), suitable for all suspended ceilings designed for clean rooms. They meet hygiene requirements: VDI 6022. TANGRA HEPA Boxes have a leakage class of C2 (BDS EN 15727) and VDI 3803.
TANGRA HEPA box are designed for ceiling installation, either as a single filter box or combined as a filter ceiling.
Application
TANGRA HEPA Boxes are used in operating rooms, hospitals, clinical laboratories, the pharmaceutical industry, the food and beverage industry, and microelectronics.
