S&P HCBB / HCBT
Range of plate axial fans and cylindrical cased axial fans
Fans in this category can be standard (low protection class), intrinsically safe, explosion-proof or smoke extraction and high temperature (F300 and F400:120). Axial fans are divided into two types: Cylindrical (for installation in a round openings) or Panel (for wall or panel mounting).
Description
S&P HCBB / HCBT are a range of low-profile wall-mounted axial fans, filled with aluminum impellers and either a single-phase motor (HCBB) or a three-phase motor (HCBT), with protection rating IP65 (except for models 800, 900, and 1000, which are rated IP55 ), insulation class F, equipped with thermal protection (except models Ø 800 to 1000, which are not equipped with thermal protection).
Working temperatures from -40ºC up to +70ºC, except models Ø 800, 900 and 1000, suitable for usage in environments from -20ºC to +40ºC.
Standard air direction: form (A) configuration (Motor over Impeller).
Motors are available, depending upon the model, with single or three phase motors in 4 or 6 poles. All motors are speed controllable by autotransformer except models /4-630, B/710, T/4-710, T/800, T/900 and T/1000. Three phase models are speed controllable by inverter.
The electrical supply is single-phase 220–240V 50Hz when the capacitor is located inside the terminal box, and three-phase 220–240/380–415V 50Hz or 400V 50Hz.
On request
Inlet finger proof guard for models 800 to 1000.
Application
Soler & Palau’s wide range of axial fans covers various applications such as supplying or discharging air from rooms with various purposes: residential, commercial and industrial buildings, production and logistics warehouses, greenhouses and farm buildings, gas and diesel tanks, battery rooms and inverters, stairwells, elevator shafts and others.
