Description
S&P JETLINE represent a series of in-line fans for circular air ducts. Range of in-line fans, designed for high airflow applications, with a compact design and very low noise levels. This product range is available in 7 different diameters and covers a flow range from 260 to 1080 m3/h. Its housing is made of galvanized steel, with the possibility of epoxy finish upon request. The terminal box and mounting bracket do not increase the height of the product and guarantees an IP65 protection for electrical connections, for this reason the product can be installed outdoors. The product can be mounted in two positions to facilitate access to the terminal box. The impeller, guide vanes, and discharge diffuser are designed with injection-moulded plastic to increase performance and reduce noise levels. The airtight seal between the galvanized steel housing and the plastic enclosure ensures high product tightness and prevents air leaks (less than 1% leakage). Rubber gaskets on the flanges improve product tightness with the ducts. Silent-block between the motor and the mounting bracket reduces motor vibrations and decreases noise levels in the installation, even in cases of speed regulation. It has electrical safety certification according to IEC 60335-1 & IEC 60335-2-80 issued by a notified body. Dynamically balanced product according to ISO 1940 grade G6.3.
