Solutions for restaurants

Four months after the amendments to the Health Act banning smoking in enclosed public spaces were adopted, the topic is still relevant. There was dissatisfaction among both smokers and restaurant owners. Of course, for the latter, the comfort and coziness of their customers is a top priority.

The upcoming winter prompts restaurant owners to wonder whether they will lose customers during the cold months if smoking is not allowed inside. In search of a compromise—to retain your customers while ensuring their comfort—we found a suitable, affordable, and convenient solution: infrared heaters.

The main advantage of infrared heating is that the heat is transferred directly to people and objects around them, without warming the air. This way, there are no losses to the surrounding environment, as occurs with air heating.

Models HE-1800 and HE-2400:

The HE-1800 and HE-2400 models have one and two heaters, respectively. They are suitable for open areas, winter gardens, terraces, or for localized heating in large industrial halls. The HE-2400 allows two-stage power adjustment depending on current needs.

They can be easily and quickly installed using a movable stand, or mounted on a wall or ceiling at a safe height. The adjustable arm allows directing the heat flow. The devices can be operated either manually or with a remote control.

Another interesting solution is the HE3-2000 model:

This infrared heater can be mounted under an umbrella or on a suitable stand. The emitted heat spreads directly downward, with no option to adjust the direction of the heat flow. When placed under an umbrella, the device folds automatically when the umbrella is closed. The model features 3-stage power control.

"During the winter season, when smoking indoors is prohibited, we needed to ensure the comfort of our customers who go outside to smoke. This was the reason we purchased radiant heaters from TANGRA and installed them in front of our establishment. Now, everyone who steps outside for a cigarette does not feel the cold. We have also been able to extend the use of our outdoor seating area."
