“Tangra-AV” Ltd. is a beneficiary under grant agreement BG16RFOP002-2.002-0209-C01 “Development and Strengthening of the Managerial Capacity of Tangra-AV Ltd.” under procedure BG16RFOP002-2.002 “Development of Managerial Capacity and Growth of SMEs,” funded by the Operational Programme “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014–2020, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
The main objective of the project is to develop and strengthen the managerial capacity of Tangra-AV by supporting specialized services aimed at increasing the company’s competitiveness and export potential. As a result of the project, it is expected that 5 management and organizational processes will be improved and 4 organizational innovations will be implemented within the company. Based on this, the anticipated final outcome for the company will be increased productivity and export volume of its products, and consequently, enhanced capacity and competitive advantages for Tangra-AV to expand and achieve a more successful presence in dynamic and highly competitive international markets.
Total project value: BGN 552,596.48, of which BGN 328,794.91 is European co-financing and BGN 58,022.63 is national co-financing.
