The range of TANGRA HP and TANGRA CL pellet heating boilers, manufactured by the company "TANGRA", were tested and certified by the German technical certification organization TÜV Rheinland according to the new standard 303-5:2012. The tests lasted nearly two months and were successfully completed in mid-September.
All solid fuel heating appliances (wood, coal and briquettes, pellets, and eco-briquettes) are among the products subject to mandatory certification by an independent laboratory. In 2011, the company "TANGRA" certified its entire range of pellet boilers in accordance with the mandatory standard for residential heating appliances – BDS EN 14785. This year, the new standard BDS EN 303-5:2012 for heating appliances came into force. It introduces stricter requirements for emitted emissions and environmental protection. Thus, the team of "TANGRA", together with the German technical certification organization TÜV, carried out the new tests and certification process. All TANGRA pellet boilers met the requirements and, in TÜV's laboratories, demonstrated not only their high efficiency but also CO emissions significantly lower than the limits set by the standard.
The company "TANGRA" manufactures pellet boilers with various capacities for residential and industrial applications:
- TANGRA HP30 - heating capacity from 17 kW to 30 kW, automatic self-cleaning via a modern electropneumatic system, and an integrated water tank with a volume of 320 L. Efficiency: 94%
- TANGRA CL35 - heating capacity from 17 kW to 35 kW, automatic self-cleaning via a modern electropneumatic system, option for left or right installation, integrated water tank with a volume of 120 L, and optional automatic ash cleaning. Efficiency: 96%
- TANGRA CL80 - heating capacity from 40 kW to 80 kW, automatic self-cleaning via a modern electropneumatic system, integrated water tank with a volume of 220 L, and the option to choose between two pellet hopper models. Efficiency: 94%
The certification of TANGRA pellet boilers, carried out by the German organization TÜV, serves as a guarantee of a high-quality, safe, and reliable product. In this way, "TANGRA" became the first Bulgarian company to certify its boilers according to the new European Union standards.
