TANGRA Presentation to the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Partners of the WE-EEN Project

Between October 3 and 5, BCCI Sofia hosted the WE-EEN project (Wizard of the Environment: Enterprise Europe Network). The WE-EEN project aims to improve the provision of environmental services for SMEs through the Enterprise Europe Network. WE-EEN focuses on three main sectors: waste management, surface treatment, and the production of components and products that reduce environmental impact.

The presentation was attended by partners from the regional chambers of Veneto (Italy), Arad (Romania), Heraklion (Crete, Greece), Bavaria (Germany), Slovenia, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, and Serbia. In addition to the hosts from BCCI Sofia, the Plovdiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry is also a project partner.

The program on the first day, when the TANGRA presentation took place, included „Renewable Energy Sources” by Biliana Lozanova from the Bulgarian Wind Energy Association, „Green SMEs – Sustainable Economy” by Vladislava Georgieva from the Agency for Sustainable Development and Euro-Integration, and „Technological Audit” by Angel Milev from the Foundation for Applied Research and Communications.

The „TANGRA” presentation covered various solutions from „Green Products” in the field of ventilation, air conditioning, and heating technology.

A key point in the TANGRA presentation was „Energy-Saving Ventilation Units”, which directly relate to indoor air quality, human productivity, and health. Several economic factors justify the installation of such systems. A detailed payback period study was also presented. Significant attention was given to the hygiene requirements for air quality.

The presentation also highlighted the advantages of pellet heating, as it is an inexpensive and environmentally clean energy source. A major benefit of these systems is their high level of automation, which in turn requires minimal effort from the user.

TANGRA Pellet Boilers

  • operate with pellets of any type and quality;
  • guaranteed operation with 94% efficiency;
  • they feature a modern electro-pneumatic cleaning system using compressed air;

The final point in the presentation was heat pump installations – „green” solutions for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water supply, which are gaining increasing popularity. TANGRA presented to BCCI and WE-EEN partners the Mamy heat pump systems from the Italian manufacturer TononForty, utilizing geothermal energy or well water energy. The units have capacities ranging from 10 to 40 kW, with cascade connection used for higher capacities. The system allows the installation of an additional heat exchanger for heating swimming pool water.
