On our official website, in the TOOLS section, you can now find two completely updated programs for selecting recuperative heat exchangers (REC) and energy recovery units (EVB AL/AL+).
The program for calculating recuperative plate heat exchangers allows for quick selection of a unit based on the required airflow. In the next window, you can enter detailed data about the installation, based on which the outlet temperatures of the heat exchanger and its efficiency are calculated.
In the final result, the program allows you to choose the type of heat exchanger—REC AL (standard series) or REC AL+ (high-efficiency series).
The program for calculating energy recovery units is developed in a similar way, allowing you to enter data for more detailed calculations, including the airflow rates of the fresh and exhaust air, as well as the inlet temperatures of both streams along with their respective humidity levels.
As an additional option, you can select an automatic bypass, a fine air-cleaning filter, and/or a heating section integrated into the main unit. Here too, as a final option, you can choose the type of recuperative plate heat exchanger—AL or AL+.
